Stability and degradation products in PARACETAMOL injections vials from BBraun®.
Paracetamol injections from BBraun® show sometimes a pink colour. This colour change could be the consequence of a degradation product. Stability study of Sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim (Bactrim®) at 3.2/0.64 mg/mL and 4,8/0,96 mg/mL in 5% glucose and Ringer lactate and NaCl 0.9% (if possible) in polyolefin bags at ambient temperature. We expect stability data over 12 to 24 h in order to allow continuous administration. These concentrations correspond to 8 ampoules of bactrim 400/80mg/5mL in 1000 mL and 6 ampoules in 500 mL solution bag. |
